"Worst check-in experience ever!! We arrived at the hotel around 12p and asked if we could check in to our King Suite early. The woman (Andrea) at the front desk said our room would be ready around 3p. We went to the boardwalk and came back at 345p to a lobby full of about 20-30 guests ALL waiting to check in. After waiting an additional 15 mns we were FINALLY able to check in. Very inconvenient and difficult especially with a toddler!! They wouldn’t even comp us the $25 parking fee or at the very least give us a bottle of water!! To top it off, there wasn’t even bedding in the room for the sofa bed!! Called the front desk several times about this, but, guess what, no one answered. I finally walked down the hall and grabbed some sheets from the housekeeping cart. Based on this experience, we will NOT be returning to this hotel in the future or referring our friends or family."

"We stayed here in the beginning of July 2023. Our room was clean and spacious. We were placed on the first floor with no views whatsoever since construction was going on. When we arrived during check in time, one of the staff was extremely rude. He told us we had to wait another hour for our room while he checked in the other Caucasian guests, which made it look like he was targeting other ethnicities. If this is the way you treating minorities, I will no longer be stay at any courtyard nor would I recommend any of my family/friends to stay here. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful."

"This is a modern hotel within walking distance of the boardwalk. We encountered an AC issue, not going below 74, but Andrea quickly moved us to another room after the maintenance guy couldn't resolve it. Both Andrea and the maintenance staff were friendly. Despite the room issue, the exceptional service deserves 5 stars. Excited to return, and thanks to Andrea for her prompt problem-solving."

"The customer service wasn’t the best I have to say. Our heater didn’t heat. The “restaurant” is pretty much just for a breakfast bagel. Not to mention we had to wait close to an hour for a room that we booked far in advance. The valet was great though!! Everyone else just seemed like they were on their first day to be honest…"

"Newer hotel. Large and nice rooms. I arrived at 430 pm and was made to wait to check in for 20/30 minutes while they were "updating the rooms". Not a big deal but a large family in the lobby had been waiting for an hour, not cool. I parked my EV car with the hotel valet for three nights. $25 a night. As I checked out I asked if there was an EV charger in the area. The valet staff told me they have several right here at the hotel. Great! I asked if I could charge my EV car, happy to pay for it. They told me that since I had now checked out, I was no longer allowed to use them. That was the policy. Incredibly dumb and infuriating. I explained I was a paying guest for 3 nights but they stuck to their "policy" and denied me access of using the hotel EV chargers. I like the hotel overall but I hope they take the chance to improve their customer appreciation."
