"Location is number one! Walking discount from the beach, food and grocery stores. Kevin was very patient and kind to us. He ran the whole property! There are like 25 cameras around the entire property, Cameras that actually work! That made my family feel safe being there as well as parking our vehicle there."

"A great budget family friendly motel located near the river walk. No issues with the room and the inclusion of shampoo and toothpaste was a nice touch. The pool has been removed, so not much of a view. Curious what they will replace it with."

"We stayed here for a week. The rooms have recently been updated to a high standard. We had a king bed with a view of the funfair. Room had TV, fridge, microwave, desk & chair. Plenty of space. The parking lot is monitored 24/7 by cctv. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Within walking distance of the boardwalk and wharf. Recommended @grandrovervoyager"

"My husband, son, and I stayed two nights here in a room with two Queen sized beds, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The rooms are very clean. No bedbugs, we always check. I appreciate the deadbolts for an added layer of security. The location can’t be beat. It’s a short walk to the Santa Cruz boardwalk and good places to eat. Affordable pricing as well. Recommend."
