"Was told 1600 a month,then the guy there said it was weekly.charged me 600.00 for the first week,200.00 deposit included. Said it was for COVID cleaning chemicals for the rooms. My room was dusty ,dirty and he charged me for a room that was never cleaned! Kept my deposit,said no refund in case I tore the room up. What a joke, the guy name is glen and he's a freakn rip off,charges for everything ,but you get nothing back. STR8 thief. Says it's the owners policy, but that whole place is a dump. Who charges 200 for a cleaning deposit, left the room the same way when I got there, but kept my deposit anyways for a dirty room that had roaches and a door with a 4 inch gap at the bottom ! No table,no desk ,nothing but a bed and a dirty old TV. The people there have trailers ,cars that don't run,sleeping in them and charges them for sleeping in there cars. Dirty deeds going on there ,and he's the main one ripping people off charging them for anything and everything. Makes his own policies, just a dirty guy,does whatever he wants to get your money. Tyrant, just a shady character period!!! Cheap rooms,roach infested,stay away from that place!!!"
"I have been there over five years. Im disabled and the manager soni helps me all the time God bless him i dont know about some of the people living there but what can you lol."
"Very poor quality rooms and they have roaches. Very quiet at night but only have 2 rooms for service. Others are occupied by tenants."
