"This hotel is noisy, the rooms are not insulated well and you can hear the footsteps from the room above. Every time a nearby door is opened it vibrates in the room, and you can hear the door slam closed. The Housekeeping entered my room at 8:45 am while I was sleeping waking me. They returned a second time at 9:20 even though I had placed the do not disturb sign on the door that had fallen on the floor in the hall. Landscapers start the leaf blowing at 9:00 outside the window in the parking lot making loud machine noises. During breakfast the housekeepers are running the vacuum in the dining area. NOT a peaceful relaxing stay at this hotel. Management's Response "we are terribly sorry" I stay at hotels all over the country many are near the airports and never have I ever experienced such a disturbance such as this."
"I've stayed at some of the nicest Hiltons on earth and I have to say, the staff here is on the same level. Their attitude and helpfulness more than made up for any flaws in the facility. The building however could use an update. The elevator was rough and jerky, the shower door was stiff and heavy, and the lighting at the driveway is lacking."
"Rent room for daughters wedding. First day in room observe window in my room was unlocked open on 2 floor which lead to a rooftop were I observe staff member having a smoke and later some one enter our room with key with no notification. Next day someone enter family members room and stole items. I changed hotel. I needed a SAFE and Secured place to stay for 3 days."
"Great place. I had no issue with noise. Used the app to check in and check out. Breakfast package was worth it! The lady who helps serve drinks and breakfast was so sweet and the cooks were so kind :)"
"After a long day in traffic in the camper van my wife and I needed a place to stop as we just didn’t have the energy to continue. Alexis at the front desk was very accommodating and answered all our questions. Parking is free and the property is safe. Breakfast is paid but a good spread and we had exceptional service from Jennifer. Thank you so much for being a great place for travelers."
