"Dropped out teenagers off for pedicures. The girls were so impressed with the staff. They loved how their toes tur ed out and said the staff was super friendly and interested in talking to them. We picked Rose's because we were visiting Cadillac and decided on the spur of the moment to treat the kids to nice nails before school started. My 16 year olds feet had been so dry they sounded like sandpaper. Now she's got the smoothest feet ever! Thanks for taking good care of our girls!"

"It's hit or miss with this. I've had some bad techs and some good techs. The gentleman at the reception area is a bit extra. I do suggest he calm down a little bit. He tried to send us away straight away even tho we showed up at opening. It's common to have to wait. He was overly dramatic asking us to go elsewhere if we "couldn't be patient ". Lol. We had literally just got there. Haha. Of course we can wait. We didn't have an appointment. A woman and her 3 yo came in while I was waiting on my Cree to finish up. She asked if her daughter could get her nails done. He dramatically said, "We can paint them but that's it". Duh. That's what she was asking. He was so impatient with my group that it gave me anxiety. I actually had to ask him twice to take it down a notch. There is a HUGE surcharge for using cards which is RIDICULOUS. That affected the tip I left. $4.62 to use my card. I had my friends 11 yo w me. The tech refused to give her the blue tips and white base she asked for. "Too short, can't do that." Ugh....I told my pedicure guy I thought it was ridiculous. He said something to her and when all was said and done, she got her tips. I tipped her 20% but had she not done, she'd have gotten nothing. And since you want us to use cash so you don't have to log it, might wanna give the customer what they request. I hate rude techs. You're doing a job that isn't essential. Your behavior determines your livelihood. Thank you to my pedicure tech for asking the nail tech to do her best to accommodate. She got $65 out of the deal. PS, my tips were done at another salon. "Went here with my friend about a month ago as walk ins. This was my first experience with acrylic nails so I did not know what to expect. The staff was friendly and got both of our nails done at a timely manner. All in all a decent experience, although I do think my friend's nails turned out better than mine (sorry I don't have any pictures of hers)."

"I got a gel pedicure, the guy doing my nails obviously had no idea what he was doing. He put regular polish on my nails then wanted to know why it was falling off when he put the uv light on it. He kept getting up and walking off to clean something or check someone out. I wanted the luxury pedicure and he didn’t even do half of the things listed!! Then the lady (mom) came over to fix my nail polish. Then when it was all said and done wanted to charge me $61.50! I argued with her for 5minutes just for her to lower the price to $51. Still not happy that she charged me that much for such a horrible service. Will not be coming back. Also the tools were not properly sanitized before use."
