"They honestly do a great job at cutting hair, but I am quite irate today. The first time I went to Cost Cutters in Tomah I was not happy with the haircut but came back a few months later on the off chance it was just a bad day for the stylist. The gal who cut my hair this time was super friendly, and even though she was about to get married she was flirting with me. I may be a single guy but I honestly don't give a flying frack. I come to your store for a haircut, and to treated with respect, that's it. I came back for a few more haircuts, and service got progressively worse. Today was the final straw. They treated me like a creep/criminal/whatever. Get real. In fact, be more professional. The following goes without saying. Don't hit on your clients then act like they are the problem, especially when you're engaged! I am not coming back. This customer is lost, done, gone, finished. That is not a conditional. Toodles!"
"What a waste of time and money. Spent 19.95 on my haircut for the lady to cut 2 inches off and add 3 long layers into my hair if that. She was not friendly. She took less than 10 minutes to do what she did to my hair. Feel like I got ripped off. Then my co-worker made an appointment for her son for a haircut and she told them over the phone that he has autism they still made the appointment for him. So we get there and I get my done in less than 10 minutes, so my coworkers son is to go next and we exclaimed to the lady again he has autism and so fourth. They did not help him feel comfortable, she had NO PATIENCE for him. He was NOT moving at all he was doing was crying and they denied him so we wasted our time on a joke. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!"
