Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

"Scheduled an appt for 5:30pm and wasn't taken back for 15 mins. She started cutting my hair and almost immediately it was way shorter than I wanted. She cut her finger while cutting my hair, did NOT excuse herself for a bandage and put her finger in her mouth. Proceeds to continue cutting, adds layers and trys to make my ends less straight/bold (a look I actually like). Which only makes it worse as it then is choppy and uneven. Seemed to be way more interested in the coworker who was there to show off her new car. I tried emailing management to talk to them about this and have never received a response and it's been over 2 weeks."

My hair is naturally curly and very difficult to tame, but she somehow managed to make it look amazing. It’s much easier to maintain now, too."

"They do not abid by thier appointment times. There is no sense of urgency. The hair cuts were mediocre at best."

"My son and I went there for the first time and the girls working there are all very nice, friendly and attentive. The facility is clean, well maintained, and they're always busy. We lucked out and showed up on a Wednesday, which is Military discount day I believe. We will definitely be going back....the only drawback is that all haircuts are by appointment only for now, I don't think they take walk-ins."
