NorCal Imaging - San Leandro

"When I went for an x-ray here, I was told the wait would be 90 mins. So I buckled down and started reading a book on my phone. After 2 hours I asked how much longer, 45 mins. They only had one tech for xray, but they didn't tell us until some people waited 3 hrs. I'll never go back to San Leandro again. Also, they texted me to leave a review - I left this bad experience behind me, but since they asked... Good luck if you have to go to this branch!"

"A very efficient place, finished the paperwork, I was informed of everything before my procedure. It was probably less than 10 min. Before I began my procedure. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything about my procedure to me before we began. If all businesses ran this well, there would be nothing to complain about."

"Front desk staff is very rude. Yelling at new arrivals who don’t know what to do as if we’re uncivilized. In the first place, new customers aren’t clear where to start. Why not post clear instructions at the door. Give numbers so people know there is a line. New arrivals don’t know where line starts. Front desk staff should have communication skills, not resorting to yelling if the instructions aren’t understood. Not everyone who come have good English skills. A professional staff should know how to interact with people whose first language is not English. There are millions of these people in the Bay Area. Norcal must recognize this."

"The receptionist in the front is really rude and unprofessional. All four of the receptionists does not acknowledge the patients that came in. They just ignored the patients, but they do have lot of time to chit chatting with each others. I walked in yesterday it was really crowded so I asked to make an appointment (I was standing in line watching them chatting with each other for 15 mins and I was the only person in line) the receptionist told me they don’t take or make appointment at all. When I showed up this morning they asked if I have an appointment. Clearly the receptionist was lying to me yesterday. The whole entire small waiting area was pack with more than 28 patients, the room was filled with people but the staff is not taking anyone inside for service at all. The worst experienced ever"

"It meant so much to me to have a staff that seemed caring and genuinely interested in helping me. I was so impressed with the one receptionist who actually remembered me and my little barn animals! At this point, little things mean so very much. A big thanks to everyone at NorCal."
