"The location and view from the rooms upstairs are superb. Nice spa tub. Sadly the beds are old and broken down to the point it impaired our ability to fully enjoy the trip. So stiff from the bed was unable to enjoy the days. Immediately better first night back home in a decent bed. The rooms are fine, but the bath area has a Motel 6 feel and the furniture is cheap and old. We didn't use the TV, but it was tiny by any standard, and old. About the size of a large computer monitor. Staff was very friendly, but they don't service the rooms so you have to get your own supplies and fresh towels if you need them. Not a big deal, just FYI. Room seemed clean, but bath floor was sticky. Hoping that was just a failure to fully rinse the cleanser."

"Don't let the word "motel" fool you...it is a high-quality hotel stay! Chocolate on your pillow, sparkling cider in the fridge, fireplace and view of the ocean in all rooms!!!!! Recommendation: stay on second floor for vaulted ceilings! It felt like an apartment!"

"Right by the ocean. View of night sky is amazing. Room had binoculars that actually worked and an actual gas fireplace (temp controlled). Clean place and spacious. Recommend this even tho the $180/night felt a bit too steep for 10 hours."

"This place is set up on a bluff overlooking the ocean. The room was clean and nicely appointed with a jetted tub and a gas fireplace. The only thing I would suggest is that the chairs in the room be nicer to sit in since sitting in front of the window is so enjoyable with the view. The chairs were hardwood and not comfortable to sit in beyond a few minutes. It's also central for walking to several great places to eat like Trinks and Vue Kitchen."
