"We absolutely loved our stay here. The location couldn’t be more beautiful, bed was comfy, and owner/host made sure we had everything we needed. I’ve stayed several places nearby on the north coast and this is my new favorite. Can’t wait to come back!"

"November 2023. We love this place and will return. Old school reservation system but it’s worth it. Just call the phone number and be patient haha. This is the kind of place for a special occasion or anniversary. Miren, the owner/innkeeper is a very warm and welcoming host. She has lived an interesting life and is fun to chat with. She also makes a fantastic and plentiful made to order breakfast (vegetarian available). Totally worth it to get the room with the jacuzzi tub ocean view. Spectacular views of the ocean and cliffside with private access to the beach below. EV slow charging available for Tesla and others. Dog friendly. Military & veteran friendly."

"Never picked up their phone, their voicemail was full & their message said to email them. We did and never got a response. Stopped by for the night & there was a chain across their driveway with a sign that said “full”. My husband wanted to know how the guests got out with a chain across the drive?! We think they were closed for the season. Just very irresponsible not to update their voicemail nor to bounce back an email that they were closed. We stayed instead at the Surf Motel which was a very pleasant surprise!"

"I cannot say enough about this beautiful oasis. First...the views and beach were simply breathtaking....like off of a screen saver. The rooms were comfy, cozy, and were decorated with love. The host Marin truly treated our family like her own family which made the whole experience so special and warm. There was an extra recreation room where our two boys enjoyed hot chocolate and board games. This was our family's favorite hotel on our vacation. We would return in a heartbeat."

"We had a relaxing peaceful stay at the Whale Watch Inn! The room we stayed in was the Heart Song Suite. The room has a back deck that included a hot tub. We stayed toward the end of September for our anniversary. The nights were cool enough to light the fireplace inside the room and the wood was provided each day outside our front door. The room also came with a full breakfast that we really enjoyed, it was so good! We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the back deck where we could hear the waves crashing in to the shore and at night we looked up at the sky full of stars while relaxing in the hot tub. It was pretty awesome! The host Marin was very accommodating and so nice to talk to. She showed us around the grounds and the community room which has a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and any extras you might need for your stay like coffee and cream, wine glasses and opener, and many many other things that you might need. The area is pretty private and a little drive to restaurants or a beach nearby."
