"This was my first time at Royal Nails… I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had with a nail salon!!! My nails are gorgeous and exactly what I wanted!!! I believe the lady’s name was Nini, that did my chrome nails! Amazing job!"

"Very bad experience I definitely won't be back. The nail tech Sophie is terrible, didn't listen to anything I said. She decided she knew best. I scheduled a appointment and specified that I wanted regular paint not gel and that Nina was supposed to be the one doing my nails, but it was Sophie instead. She had a bad attitude, worked to fast and kept hurting me, very unprofessional, squeezing my fingers like she want to break them off. If I could give zero stars I would."

"Never once had a bad experience here! I always absolutely LOVE what they do with my nails. Today was my favorite that I have ever left with!"

"They were very accommodating when I called to say I would be late. I was happy with my pedicure initially until I realized my cuticles still need much trimming, and my heel calouses could use a lot more attention. Yes I do realize my callouses are horrible and that I have funky pinky toes. It's been 5 days, and my gel nails have been cracked and peeling for 3 days. I paid $75!"

"I came here with my niece after being recommended by a friend of mine. We both got full sets of acrylics and they turned out horrible. I showed the nail artist the design I wanted and she put the design on the wrong finger, which I wasn’t that bothered by until I saw the end result. She seemed iffy and hesitant on how she wanted to do the design and by the way it turned out, I wish she would have told me she wasn’t comfortable doing it so that I could have just gone without as it looks more like seaweed than flames. The shapes of the nails were off and the gel didn’t set all the way between coats so the nails were bumpy as well. There were also sharp areas and chunks that didn’t get filed down underneath the nails either. There were also some areas where the acrylic went far past my nail onto my skin. My niece got plain black nails and hers seemed somewhat better but similar in the bumpiness and crookedness. A man came and was speaking to the lady who was doing my nails and they both were looking at them but I’m not sure what about, then the artist quickly finished up as though she was in a hurry to be done with them. I ended up going home and filing/repainting them myself so I included a photo of that to compare the quality."
