"Usually great but disappointed in the scheduling app. The waitlist was 90 minutes so I checked in online and received a text saying that it was 15 minutes until I am up but it said still to expect a wait. When I showed up my name was asked if I wanted a cut I would be forced to go to the back of the line for another 60+ minute wait"
