Reviews
"We went through the drive through to donate a few bags of clothes and the attendant did not acknowledge our existence. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He couldn’t even bring himself to greet us and when we told him we had items to donate he said “What up?! Where they at?!” In a very confrontational manner. He has a disgusting attitude and it really left a bad taste in my mouth. He needs his attitude readjusted."
"Very well organized, lots of items, kids & adult clothes, shoes, home decor, toys, & knick knacks. I always find great stuff when I come here. It is more expensive than other goodwills. For example the dresses here are $12.99 versus $9.99 at the Cerritos goodwill. Would recommend."
"I found it to be a One of the better goodwill stores in Orange County. They have a contract with Target and purchase pallets of unused items that are left over. These brand new items are then sold at a discount. I always walk out of here with some sort of deal/treasure."
"Sad it’s come to this. At a point in time the goodwill was a place where a low income family could come and shop to enjoy used goods at a very low price. Helping the community by providing in good shape used items that were donated, free to the Goodwill to profit off of only to turn around and help the community by hiring and helping those in need. Not any more!!! Now it’s literally a retail store that sells used goods for the same price as a new one to selfishly gain profit for corporate salaries. Most of the used items are now marked even higher then They would be in a new retail store. When shopping in the Goodwill I asked why is it that two years ago a T-shirt was $2.99. Which anyone in poverty, low income, or in need Could afford now a normal T-shirt at the Goodwill is $9.99. Inflation? Prices of economy going up? Is this the answer to the question of a price increase? How could inflation occur on a donated item? Specially, when today, the Goodwill‘s are 10 times more crowded with people than they were a few years back.. records of public domain (which is accessible to anyone that’s interested in looking at) The CEO of the goodwill is now making half a million dollars a year. I find this funny that the goodwill was originally morally business designed to help the goodwill of people. Now it’s helping nothing but the goodwill of CEO salaries. Sad. Look into other foundations, such as St. Vincents and the Salvation Army. Other nonprofit organizations don’t have executive boards, increasing prices of their donated merchandise to increase their salaries. Other actual nonprofit used retail locations give nearly 99% to those in need not like the goodwill. Think about that the next time you donate your items."
"Absolute delightful place to shop, not an enormous place like other goodwill stores, the staff extremely polite, courteous, kind and always attentive. Gorgeous set ups, fun place to find little little treasures. The experience was great."
