She was able to suggest the correct size storage simply from my verbal description of my belongings. I would have gotten a smaller one if it wasn't for expertise. Her personalism, and and honestly gave me the confidence I was seeking for the safety of my stored property."

"Not bad for what you get but the customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't update info when you request it and then expect you to remember every detail of a lease signed years ago even when you ask specifically what it takes to close the account and aren't told. No leniency no respect given. I was treated like I did something criminal and not helped at all. I DO NOT recommend using this facility. They also changed my rent multiple times with no notice and nearly doubled it 6 months after raising it."
