"Very nice store in a very nice location. The woman who initially helped me was very nice and kind and you could tell she was new but was doing her best which I appreciated. The manager came over and ruined the sale. He was extremely rude and self centered. Apparently he knows how my foot feels in a shoe better than I do. I'm hoping his "high end' wedding dress designs takes off because his condescending attitude doesn't work well in sales. Hopefully, the nice women working there gets trained properly or leaves for a better situation."
"I usually rate places based on the people way more than the product because the product can be bought online of course. This place has the nicest people who will help you get what you need. I was worried about the sizing of a sneaker I had purchased online, and they were able to size me right, make the right recommendation, and explain exactly why the sizing they recommended was ideal. Amazing experience and I definitely will be coming back!"
