"Apparently the store manager here makes her own policies up. I went to return boots I had bought my daughter that ended up not fitting (they didnt have her size). I was told because the boots were sold on sale that they could not be returned. I asked her where that policy is posted because I didn't see that on the store policies at the register. She said that's just their policy. I left the store and called Corp who then called the store and the person from Corp instructed me to go back and that the boots would be accepted as a return. I dont know if it's lazy or lack of knowledge of her own store policy. Either way....I won't be going back."

"My kids and I arrived at this location at 6:57 pm and the doors were locked. The sign on door and website says store closes at 8pm. I called while outside the store and asked if there was a reason why store was closed early. I was told that the store closes at 7pm because the workers need to be out at 8p. I've heard of stores closing a few minutes early but a whole hour earlier than displayed is very inconvenient for customers and should accurately be advertised"
