"I love Francesca. They sometimes have unique , inexpensive pieces that you can't find at other places. For example, I purchased a unique jacket ( green, camouflage jacket with pink embroidered roses on the pocket and sleeves), which I got so many compliments from women and men. They have a variety different types colorful jewelry, clothes, shoes purses hats, etc. Their merchandise is inexpensive and they have good sales which makes it even better."
"The sales clerk was very helpful and kind, the clothes were not super expensive and the selection was a lot better than other times I've gone here, the jewelry is slightly pricey but like not that bad, better than the southridge one that's gone now for sure"

"Stopped in with a group of friends a couple days ago. There was only 1 worker there with black short hair and to be short she didn't know how to do her job. She sat there on her phone without greeting us. I have seen her there previous times and she did the same exact thing. Not only did she sit there but she went in back for like 15 minutes while customers were in the store. She didn't even ask for my number for the rewards program and when I asked if I could order a dress online I was told it was unavailable though it didn't seem like she checked. My friends have also gone in while she's worked and she sits there not doing her job as usual. Francesca's should put a 2nd thought into who they hire because due to these experiences I will not be returning nor will my friends."
"Love this store. Decent prices for the best dainty jewelry but I CANT STAND that every time I walk in it’s the SAME young blonde girl just standing there. No eye contact. No “hello” even. It doesn’t stop me from buying things but it takes away from my experience. When she checks me out she says the total and that’s it. And I go here at least two times a month. Find more staff or more friendlier staff because honestly the cutest store should have an an outgoing employee."
