"This place was an absolute MESS!! Who are the MOD'S, where are the Supervisors, when is a good time for recovery? Perhaps, just maybe instead of having a chit chat about the employee who called out with some sort of dog bite, the three of you could start the task of recovering the floor. There is absolutely no way, should your Area Manager walk in that anyone currently on this shift is employed tomorrow. There are literally lose shoes and empty boxes strewn about nearly every aisle including right up front, got what I needed and nearly asked the night Supervisor or Manager if he needed a volunteer, but I don't live here and am not staying long. As a former retail manager for both Dillard's and SteinMart, this cannot happen, and should never happen, this is not a staffing issue, standards are standards!!"

I purchased a pair of sketchers walking shoes here and after a week of use the sole began to separate. They promptly swapped them out with a new pair with no questions or problems."
