"I think festival is one of the best places for deli and meat. I think they have great service also. They are expensive but who isn’t nowadays…"

"I would like to suggest something. I was at your store last Thursday night. I was satisfied five star on how you treated me. But there was a lady at the checkout next to me. You only had one check out and you had to bag your own. She was an older lady probably in her 80s who had a full shopping cart. She checked out and started herself packing her groceries. I was already done with mine so I asked if she needed help she said if you could, I would appreciate it. Helped her out and then she took her full cart out to the parking lot. Handicap parking. She started unpacking her shopping cart and I said something to the gentleman next to me. He went back I followed and we helped her pack her car. My suggestion is the checkout person should call someone up. They help people like this pack and put the things in the car. They would greatly appreciate something like this. I love your store. But sometimes you have to step forward and help some people out. Without question"

"The following photo is from festival east and manager Jason .There statement below the review stating Oh No !! That’s not how we do things is a fabricated lie by Jason the manager. They were taken to show how poorly this store is managed by jason and talking about how this location is going downhill quickly due to there high prices, empty bakery shelves , empty poultry shelves . Just look at the bakery shelves and see if there’s fresh bakery lately ?????. It is empty!! And ask if they have frying chicken in meat counters anymore and why not ??? It’s because they quit ordering it that’s why !! Another poor decision by Jason the unqualified manager. what does that tell you ?? And ask why there story changes every week?? When nothing is in stock . . Ask manager Jason why and see what happens when you complain more than a couple times to them !!!!. Through the series of 3 weeks I complained to Jason several times over 3 weeks and his managers . About a week ago I called meat people out to point out that there no longer is frying chicken in meat cooler trays, 3 weeks in a row I was lied to and every week I questioned them where is frying chicken??? Every week the story changed!!. This last week Jason followed me and harassed me saying sir , sir , and followed me to a point where I asked him what his problem was and what he wanted?? He then “quote” told me !!!. I am tired of you complaining and I’m asking you to not come back and complain. He swore at me and was totally disrespectful and acted in a threatening and violent manor !!!. I was appalled at his behavior as a manager!!!. This is not the first time Jason acted out of control as a manager. This man should be terminated immediately!!!. And his other meat case manager. No one needs to put up with rude manners like this . He then said I could finish shopping and not come back because I complained to much . I then said I’ll do better I’m leaving now and you may keep your groceries I will go elsewhere!!. He continued to follow me and was shouting at me all the way out the door till I got to entrance and this is where I called police on him for harassment and threatening attitude!!. The following pictures are evidence at the store and Jason’s picture as you can see all anger in his face . Here is a warning to customers about Jason do not complain to him or he will ask you not to shop there !!!. Don’t complain about any food items out of stock and don’t trust Jason above all . He is a very rude And unprofessional and untrustworthy person with a serious problem!!!. Here are my photos to show what all is going on at festival east Green Bay and proof of what’s happened!!. Jason should be removed from this store . I Called police on him when I got out near exit after he followed me like I was a shoplifter in a threatening and violent manner. This is how he treats senior citizens."

"Lady promptly cuts me off before pulling into the toddler/baby spot and walks inside by herself, while myself and two small children walk in from the back of the lot. Very classy"

"Bought ham buns. Got home and opened them, and they were moldy on the back side. Was there a week later and saw bugs in the bag of buns in bakery. Always something. Also bought milk that tasted funny and it wasn't outdated. Not shopping there anymore."
