"The staff is mostly friendly but make WAY too many errors on prescriptions!! Not only that but get put on hold forever and then screw up the stuff pretty much everytime my mom calls her prescriptions in. They do not listen when you tell them you need transfers for out of town etc. And fill them at this location when it's supposed to be out of town. They don't take accountability for their mistakes. I think corp needs to have a talk with management!!!"
"False advertising and the store lead tells me as a customer that I have to MATCH the barcodes when their associates can't place items in the right spot. Won't be going here again. Have more professionalism from street vendors in Cancun"
"The staff are friendly enough every time I go but they must be understaffed because it takes 30 minutes to pick up a prescription in their drive through with 2 cars in front of you. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes trying to talk to someone about a prescription I filled 3 weeks ago… no update, talked to someone else a few days ago and said they were out of stock but I could call around to other stores… but being on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone is just not reasonable. Also the “we’re sorry our staff is answering other calls” every 20 seconds for the past almost half hour has me about to check myself into an inpatient facility."
"Constantly get told my automated refill didn't take, then get an attitude for asking for a live person to refill. Then I'm told my medication is out of stock, and have to wait a week for it. Now, for the last two days, although my medication is ready, I cannot get it because they are "closed from unforeseen system issues." This place is a joke."
