"Goodwill; all location' use to be a chea, reasonable place. It's not anymore. It's competing with other retail stores offering the same price for USED GOODS. That's a little crazy but I understand them doing a lot for communities and employing people. But used goods are too high."

"Prices have gone up a LOT, without an increase in organization or better stock. There seems to be little regard for fair or accurate pricing (a sign will say all items 1.99, then many will be marked randomly from 4.99 to 19.99 in that range). I know the prices on many of these items, and they are often higher than retail or the going ebay prices, except on those platforms, people grade items and price according to condition and quality. It's like AI is pricing everything in the store, based solely on Ebay listings that will never sell."

"This used to be one of the best goodwill stores around. They got a new manager and now they don’t seem to have a good turnover of items, bare shelves, and the prices went sky high. Save yourself the time and hit up the one off Brown Deer Rd or in Bay View."

"I love shopping at Goodwill Store and Donations; I can usually find almost everything that I maybe looking for there. The customer service is absolutely wonderful and they're so friendly and courteous with everyone. During these tremendous and difficult times that we are experiencing; it is a pleasure to walk into a store and still feel safe and warm and comforting shopping there. We are all dealing with such tremendous times right now and especially during the up coming holidays; that we tend to take our normal lives for granted and through caution to the wind. We are all in this together to help keep each other safe and well so that when we can get back to normal again we are all the better for it."
