"Ive bought multiple appliances from this place and prices were never an issue, but their service and customer satisfaction this time was bad. I bought a washer 6 months ago and was out of warranty and needed repair, they didnt offer to repair the unit at a cost, instead directed me elsewhere, which service costed more than the machine was worth, right after buying the machine 6 months ago!!! They wouldnt even offer me $20 off another unit, I had cash and truck waiting to get a new one right outside. After they wouldnt even break the price by $1 on a $300 unit, I went to a different store and got a $480 washer. This place has horrible service. BEWARE. GO SOMEWHERE WITH BETTER SERVICES"
"The title is very misleading the first time I bought a set the inlet valve went on my washer within 2 months and was told $200 to fix it so I fixed it myself. The second time I bought a set the dryer didn’t work well and was told I had to bring it to them for repair. Needless to say it also didn’t last a year."

"As a property manager - I have used "As New Appliances" several times and would highly recommend using them. The customer support staff is amazing. They are prompt and efficient which makes my job easier! I love that they communicate through Text Message. Their deliveries are always on time. My latest delivery experience was a team of brothers and they were super nice, courteous and such a pleasure to work with. They were the "A" Team! I appreciated the added effort in testing each appliance before ending the install visit. "As New Appliances" is our preferred appliance store for all of our rental units."
