"We always have has a membership prior to renovation, since it received much needed new paint and few new replacements to the play area. What should be revised are the seating areas for parents, the new benches are sunken In, they installed 3 additional "party ateas" in the middles of seating area leaving really no where to be as a single family watching kids. The remain seat yourself tables all pushed together for two other firat serve familys that sat here 3 hrs. Everywhere we looked was trash this past Friday due to over bookings, staff not at every play zone as before as they all hung together chatting near back wall. Someone should stop parents from sitting on stairs as a safety hazard however I don't blame them because there is not anywhere else to be. Cups collected on every windowsill, table, couch. The one thing not updated are the bathrooms, water all over the floors, sinks with extreme hot water for kids, high counteracts. Aside from the greed of new owners trying to Cram more people inside with no where to go, have more staff cleaning and making sure equipment is used correctly."

"Chaos at the register. The staff at register I was standing in line for left after helping one of the parent in our group. The other registers started helping other customers who arrived way after our group did. Our group ended up getting different start times because it got filled before our group was able to pay at the register. I understand there are four different lines for 4 different categories, but there was only one register manned at the time when we arrived and we were the only ones inline. So we went to the ONLY register. And all I got from the staff are excuses"

"This place replaces Rock'n Jump. We went here on a weekend and the place was full! There were no birthday parties, yet the place was bustling. All the equipment were fresh and clean. Along with trampolines, there is a slide which is fun too. Then there is a Ninja Warrior styled play area. I would have preferred no video games here specifically since the place advertises phones off, playtime on."

"The positive: Kai our hostess was amazing. She supported the birthday party with grace, empathy, and kept things on time without being pushy. She was kind and had great client relationship skills. Now everything else. My son recently attended a birthday party there. There were two middle school punk kids there that were hitting the younger kids in the face/head repeatedly and hard with the dodge balls, just a few feet away from them, including my son and his friends. When we confronted the staff, they all immediately said the two boys' names: "oh, boy1 and boy2 are here today." We didn't even have to describe who they were! But the staff didn't take any corrective action against them. After talking to the manager and asking them to remove the boys (apparently they've been repeatedly kicked out for similar behavior in the past), the manager didn't have any repercussions, just "talked" to the boys and they were allowed to stay. I told the bullies that they knew what they did was wrong and they better not do it again or they will have a bigger problem on their hands. I did NOT make physical contact but was willing to defend the kids at the party should they repeat their behavior. The boys attending the birthday party who were supposed to be having fun were now afraid of the bullies and weren't having fun. I stayed close by to keep an eye on the bullies especially when they were in the dodgeball pit because I know that kids who don't have consequences for their actions *will repeat them*. I know that kids will need to work things out on their own, but when there is supervision that is supposed to help keep them safe, this is a problem. I do not recommend going here if you value a safe place where the staff is looking out for and banning bullies who are repeatedly and intentionally targeting and hurting younger children."

"Very cool place after the renovation especially. I LOVE the new slide and toddler playground and inflatable basketball court. Perfect place for very hot or cold/rainy weather. But very crowded on weekends! Be safe!"
