This 6.3-acre park is perfect for children of all ages, with a "tot lot" for 2- to 5-year-olds and an apparatus play area for 5- to 13-year-olds. The park also features a covered picnic structure with eight tables, a tennis court, a basketball court, and game tables for checkers or chess.
Additionally, there is a unique "pocket park" across the street from Schaefer Ranch Park, which includes horseshoe pits and more picnic tables for outdoor enjoyment. The main picnic area at the park can be reserved for events and gatherings, seating up to 64 people and equipped with two BBQs. Reservations can be made online or by completing the Group Picnic Area Application.
Please note that inflatable jump houses or other equipment are not allowed at the park. However, there is a smaller picnic site across the street that is available on a first come, first serve basis, seating up to 18 people with picnic tables and benches. "Beautiful and clean park with play structure for kids ( 2 different one based on the age ) . Covered picnic area which can be booked for party and huge field for any fun activities. Over all this park is great Couple of things to consider if you are booking a party 1) This place is super windy ( at-least in summer ) . Consider it windy by Dublin standards. Kite flying is the best sport in this area IMHO. Do not consider having any kind of balloons for a birthday party - it will be a disaster :) . This is based on a personal experience 2) Parking is on the street side - Be careful with kids as they tend to run around and between the cars ( as there is not much car traffic ( except for the ones who come to the park ) other end of the road is a dead-end. Spot clean , New structures and nice view ."
