"My Mother was shopping here at her now local Pick 'n Save on this past Sunday. After she loaded all her items on the conveyor belt, it suddenly stopped working and couldn't be fixed. She asked if they could just scan her items as she pushed them forward and pay at that register or another register. They very abruptly and extremely rudely said, "NO!" They insisted that she had to put all of her many items back into her cart, take them to another aisle, and put them back on another conveyor belt. She asked them very nicely if they could assist her with moving her items to the other aisle. Again, the response was, very abruptly and extremely rudely, "NO!" Mind you that my Mother is elderly and very disabled which she doesn't appear to be. There are many disabled people who have invisible illnesses. She spends WAY too much money there to put up with this and has NEVER asked anyone for any favors. It wasn't her fault that their equipment is faulty. She is still in excruciating pain from doing what they insisted on."
"Sad yet this store some people who work here are very rude. Fried chicken is sometimes out. If you ask they are rude. No more chicken. The front desk younger staff sure are not like the older staff. Today when I was there. A younger lady was rude to me, the customer before me. Maybe teach them the proper way to talk to customers. Before putting them at the service counter."
"The deli rarely has hot chicken available around dinner time. You have to ask or you are just told no. The employees are rude and move at a snails pace. This was not a one off. This has been going on for months."
"You have to watch this was there on September 2nd and I got overcharged by almost I called the store and he said yeah come on in and I'll refund the money. This is a constant issue at this store and I will not continue to shop at this location. Takes forever to get through the checkout."
"If Roundy's/Kroger/Pick n' Save want to know why people don't shop here more often you can look at a handful of things. Firstly the prices are way to high as compared to your competition, secondly it takes forever to get through a checkout lane. Lastly but not least the service is terrible. I had a bagger and they bagged my groceries as shown in the picture. If I hadn't know better I'd have thought it was a joke."
