"Lots of junk here. My jaw dropped when I saw this hideous piece that was literally a bunch of goodwill glasswares hot glued together, you can literally see a bunch of hot glue and they are charging 20$???? This is just one example of many terrible “deals” here."

"People have said this store is mostly run by volunteers - which I totally respect. That said, we were here maybe two minutes when an older gentleman (another shopper) asked an employee a question. The employee rudely responded “you can ask someone else, I’m off the clock”. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve worked retail. I’m positive this guy is not getting paid the big bucks. But to respond that way made us just want to leave. The prices also seemed pretty high, making it hard to justify supporting their mission. Hard pass."

"The older lady with partial blue hair has a rude tone and a condescending attitude towards the customer when she's ringing them up. She doesn't know the word empathy or rapport. If she worked at any other retail establishment more than likely she would be fired or constructively corrected I did not want to argue with her because I happen to know her type of personality and in her mind she's always right. Ridiculous and this happened every time I bought something in there I just haven't given her my peace of mind but, her management should have already. A lot of training needs to be given at that level"

"Had a surprising amount of supplies, appliances and furnitures in vary quality but definitely usable, and great prices. Staff was also very helpful when needed."

"A huge selection since they added more space. Considering that everything is donated, the prices are quite high, putting most items beyond the reach of people on a tight budget."
