"My engine splash shield flap became loose, and I had to head out of town on Saturday afternoon 2/17. I had no idea how serious of a problem it could be, so I was going to go to Firestone until I saw this place on the way and figured I'd go to a local place. Not only were they open at 2pm on a Saturday, but they got me in so quick and could not have been nicer. It was maybe 10-15 minutes there. Luis and Miguel were incredible and I am so grateful. They tightened it up and didn't overcharge me for anything. It is about 20 minutes from where I live, but for as long as I'm in Milwaukee, I will not go anywhere else! thank you guys."

"I was taken care of right away by the nice, professional receptionist. The gentleman who was in the reception area was nice as well, he lead me to my car where the mechanic showed me and explained everything to me in detail and was nice enough to accept the facetime to explain it to my husband who was at work!. I thought that was aweso.e and they said it would be an hour or so, but I got my truck back in less, it was like 30-40 minutes. Being that i had Chemotherapy that day and felt so sick, they parked my truck close to the front door, I appreciate that so much. I know they could tell i wasn't feeling well. "My car was towed there and I was not notified that it had arrived, which is okay I can deal with that. I called them continually on a Thursday and I was getting no answers, so I decided to drive there after work because their hours said they were open until 6. Got there and there was as a handwritten sign saying “Closed at 4 sorry”. Once I got a hold of them they were very helpful. That is until they told me my car was ready. So I went to pick it up and they told me “We still have to do the tire alignment”. This was at 5:30, they closed at 6. They suggested that “it’s drivable” and to bring it back the next day. Brought it back the next day and they finished the work. Communication was very poor."

"We had an emergency flat tire nearby and managed to put the temporary tire on but had 100 miles to get home. We stopped at Velasquez and the staff immediately fixed the flat for a very reasonable price. The staff could not have been better. Highly recommend this franchise."
