"A night at Graze isn't just a meal, it's an experience. My recent visit was a symphony of exquisite flavors, attentive service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that left me utterly smitten. The Thai Style Kohlrabi Salad was a refreshing contrast, with the crunchy kohlrabi and long beans mingling with the juicy sea scallops and sweet cherry tomatoes. The tamarind vinaigrette added a tangy twist, making every mouthful burst with color and flavor. And then there was the Spiced Delicata Squash. Roasted to perfection, its sweetness was enhanced by the cranberry gastrique and the creamy Gran Cru Gruyère. The Thai basil meringue added a touch of unexpected intrigue, making this dish a true standout. We delved into the Butter Mountain Potatoes next. Creamy whipped potatoes embraced braised lamb, the richness of the meat perfectly complemented by the celeriac puree and roasted vegetables. Each forkful was a delightful textural interplay, smooth and fluffy one moment, tender and crisp the next. The Graze burger is a symphony of juicy perfection. Three-meat patty, caramelized onions, and melty Swiss compound butter come nestled in a sesame duck fat bun, a masterpiece in every bite. And the fries? Oh, the fries! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, seasoned to perfection, I could not stop eating them. Graze's pavlova soars, a crisp meringue nest cradling bursts of cherry sorbet, almond cream, and tangy lemon curd. Almond brittle adds the perfect crunch, making each bite a symphony of sweet, tart, and delightful. This isn't dessert, it's an edible masterpiece. Throughout the night, the service at Graze was impeccable. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring our every need was met. They made us feel welcome and comfortable, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Graze exceeded every expectation. From the innovative dishes to the impeccable service, the entire evening was a celebration of culinary artistry. It's a restaurant that knows how to weave a tapestry of flavors and textures, leaving you wanting to come back for more."

"Started w/ the lavender infused house lemonade spiked w/ Tanqueray Gin to drink. Very refreshing. Entrée was a grass-fed NY strip w/ caramelized onion-blue cheese compound butter, aged balsamic across the top of the steak. On the side was garlic butter mashed potatoes & bacon-hot honey drizzled brussels sprouts. Steak was very flavorful, plenty tender & cooked properly rare, as ordered. Dessert was simply 4 freshly baked, gooey chocolate-chip cookies sprinkled w/ flaky sea salt and a glass of 2% milk. Highly recommend. Very polite & knowledgeable staff, grest recommendations service with a smile."

"My recent brunch experience at Graze Restaurant in Madison, Wisconsin, was a blend of delightful sights and decent tastes. Nestled in the heart of the city, Graze, spearheaded by the renowned Chef Tory Miller, promised an exciting culinary adventure. However, while the food was very good, it didn't quite ascend to the exceptional heights I anticipated from a celebrity chef of Miller's caliber. The atmosphere of Graze, though, partially compensated for the culinary experience. The restaurant exudes a contemporary vibe, complemented by a sense of welcoming warmth. Its large windows frame picturesque views of Madison's Capitol building, offering a visual treat that enhances the dining experience. On a pleasant day, the patio is a perfect spot to enjoy the stunning vistas while savoring your meal. One standout feature of Graze is its commitment to locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients, which is evident in the freshness of the dishes. The brunch menu, though not as spectacular as I had hoped, was still a delightful exploration of flavors. While the food at Graze Restaurant didn't entirely meet my high expectations, the ambiance and views somewhat made up for it. It's a lovely spot for those looking to enjoy a meal with a scenic backdrop, especially if you can grab a seat by the window or on the patio."

"What a gem! Thankfully someone no-showed on their reservation and we were able to get a table as walk-ins on a last minute date night. We shared two appetizers and a pasta and it was the perfect amount of food for 2. *Outstanding service*. I really appreciated the kitchen organization. The server recommended ordering everything at once and letting the kitchen stagger the dishes and they absolutely nailed the timing. They have draft wine and the red that I had was pretty impressive. The space is stunning. Those floors to ceiling windows with capital views really had me feeling some kind of way! I’d love to get a patio table on a future visit. We will definitely be back but next time we will make reservations like responsible adults."

"Wonderful experience! Went for brunch on a Saturday. We had a reservation at 11:30 and arrived a little early. We were immediately seated in a nice booth. They were very busy, and I would recommend getting a reservation to avoid a wait. We ordered grapefruit spritz cocktails, which were very good and fresh. We ordered the loaded hash browns and the smash burger. Both dishes were delicious. The burger was perfect, not too big, and just the right amount of toppings. The fries were amazing. They were crispy with a fancy flake salt and a garlic aoli for dipping. The service was friendly and fast. Our server was attentive, but not overly so. This was an exceptional dining experience and we look forward to going back!"
