"Time to find a new go to spot for Badger games at the Kohl Center. Have been coming here for over 17 years for UW Basketball games. But, the seating policy is pushing us away. We would generally show up early, so we could get a table inside. This season, we would be pushed to the outside seating, as we were just a couple. Not the experience we were looking for. Recently, we were seating by mistake by a waitress, only to be questioned by a manager on our seating - then being asked to move. Then paying $13.50 for a sub par Old Fashion (Makers), and getting a cold pizza - tells me to find a new go to spot! Miss the old Echo!"
"Food was greasy. Several of us had upset guts after eating. The group pre-ordered a bunch of bar food sides and pizzas. Service was good and workers were nice. I think on a less busy day food would have been better."
"Been going there before every badger hockey game this year. Never had issues. Tonight was bad. Had our order taken at 6:10. Waiter came to our table at 6:50 and said thanks for waiting and your order just got up. Meanwhile three or for groups had come after us, eaten their food, and left in this time. At 7:00 he came and said our order would be up shortly. Asked him at 7:10 when our food would be ready. He checked and came back and said it would be 10 more minutes. Unacceptable. We got up and left"
"Regular sports bar food and the fries were super tasty. The patio is absolutely lovely and it's great that they allow well behaved dogs."
"Decent/good food but it took 20 minutes before we placed an order, 20 additional minutes to get our drinks, and almost an hour to get our food. No check-in/update and tables were being turned in front of us (a party of 3). Cold onion rings, room temp curds. Would be good if they were hot. i love the patio"
