Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Ordered a steak burrito bowl for delivery, was charged an extra $2.50 for the steak, but they forgot to put steak in it. Other than that, the bowl was pretty good, but the rice was overcooked and mushed together."

"Of all of the Chipotles I've been to the one seems a notch lower than the rest. The quality of the food is inconsistent. The staff are nice but often struggle with anything that is "off script" which is tough at a build-your-own-burrito place. To be fair, some of that is how loud it is where you order. I love chipotle but I've been disappointed enough times here that I probably won't come back any time soon."

"This just may be the worst chipotle on the planet. Allow me to explain. I walked into this establishment with two of my good friends. We noticed nobody was in line which was a bit strange. Nevertheless, we walked over to ordering station with high hopes of enjoying a fresh and also expensive meal. But before any thing could happen a rude employee yells at us saying it is all digital, only mobile orders. Out of curiosity I ask why, he proceeds to say the most out of pocket, harsh, and completely unacceptable response. “You don’t need to know why, tf.” I’m appalled. I’ve lost all respect for this establishment, don’t take your business here."

"I placed a catering order for an event I was organizing and had quite the experience. Got the top level "Build Your Own: Triple" with Chicken, Steak, Sofritas and all the bases and toppings. Quality was top notch as usual. A TON of greens sent (actually ended up having extras since it 2 of the 6 boxes were used). They also sent lettuce as well as the super greens mix from the lifestyle bowl (with the Baby Kale). Everyone loved the meat Guac just disappeared, haha. Only complaint was that the order was supposed to include fajita peppers, black beans, pinto beans, and shredded cheese... but none of these were included! Maybe they sent extra greens in place of those? Idk None of the attendees complained, but this did limit the options for vegetarians, so I reported the issue as feedback on the Chipotle website. Got helped immediately! Someone responded via email and I followed up and they resolved the issue within an hour total! They provided a small refund and even offered me a free dinner for 2 as a reward on my account. Such an amazing team!"

"Soooooo….. I wanted to know what all the hype was behind Chipotle.. the long lines, long waits, the computers crashing … well we went for the first time and it wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t spectacular either. I thought everything was just basic/average: good tacos, good white rice with cilantro. During our visit, it was pretty hot- the soda machine (store) was completely out of ice… which was discouraging. I also noticed AT LEAST 3 different staff not wearing hair nets but had long hair.. I understand being busy.. but hair nets are still good."
