"This one is a hit or miss! I went one day the young man at the station preparing orders had a bad disposition, which doesn't bother me because I don't know what occurred in his personal life, but he would scoop little tiny amounts of everything into my bowl to the point I had enough. I walked out never again. Another thing this location will charge you for each vinaigrette as other locations will not."
"Some short male manager is terrible because he was super unfriendly, he was rushing the food and when I got home it was so unappealing I tossed it out. I never want to come back here, worst service in my entire life, chiptole is better than this. Retrain this manager on how to treat others. Never eating chiptole again after this experience."
"Terrible customer service and extremely filthy dining room. About 5 employees were there but when I walked in it was a competition of who would flake first to come take my order. All but 2 tables were covered in food, ice machine was broken, fountain drink machine was a sticky mess, and the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. All of this for over $15. Spend your money elsewhere."
"Really disappointed in the service. Employee had no interest in being there. Portion size for 2 sides of meat for $11+ was a total of a little more than 5 ounces. Plus brisket from Qdoba is better than the Chipotle barbacoa."
"I was surprised by all of the recent 1 star reviews. We came in person and did a takeout order. The portion size was huge. We really liked the Barbacoa meat. It was tender and well seasoned chuck shredded roast with Mexican seasoning (I Googled it). No complaints really and the food quality was good. We had a second burrito bowl will chicken.. the chicken was actually a bit overcooked (dry). But we will be back! See pics!"
