"I've dined in at The Melting Pot in Madison several times in the past and had great experiences each time. However, the latest experience was special mostly due the fact that it was New Years Eve. I noticed and appreciated how the serving staff covered each other and other tables; when the main servers were busy. Our Server Laura C. was fantastic and very friendly!! The rose petals waiting at our table, the plates decorated with the chocolate holiday greeting, delicious food, and of course the cozy atmosphere were all positives along with impressive! Keep up the spectacular work Melting Pot staff!"
"Great New Years Eve dinner for two! Had reservations at 5:15. Had to wait for about 15 minutes to be seated, then another 15 minutes to be waited on. They were super busy the entire time we were there. The staff worked their tails off!! Our server was excellent as we expect from the Melting Pot (I already forgot her name tho-sorry). All the courses were served as expected, and tasted fantastic. The cheese fondue is still my favorite! GM, Jess was a delight to visit with, as she stopped to ensure we were being taken care of. It's a pricey dinner, but for a special occasion, it's so worth the service, the food, and the experience!! Thank you for making it a great night for us!!"
