"Always liked Potbelly, but this location got our order completely wrong. Wanted sandwiches on white bread with no mayo or mustard, but got all on wheat and with mayo and mustard. Very upset, and will not visit the Mt. Pleasant location again."
"My husband and I love Potbelly sandwiches, but unfortunately this location is pretty inconsistent. The last several times my sandwich has been barely toasted, pretty much just warm bread, when it's supposed to be flaky and almost crispy. Maybe the oven temp is different each time we go. We also like to get thin cut bread, but today we both received very, very thin sandwiches. Lastly, this is more for the brand itself, I really miss the malts!"
"Terrible service!!! Messed up on my sub and soaked it in mayo and old onions. Sub was terrible! Just bread, mayo, lots of old onions and hot peppers. I guess they used the onions like it was lettuce. SMH Barely no meat called and they told me oh there’s nothing we could do. They were out of everything I wanted on my sub. She had an attitude like it was my fault they messed up. I paid almost $30 for trash food. They could have told me they were out when I picked up my order I would’ve cancelled and went to jimmy John’s or jersey mikes. This used to be my favorite sub place but no longer will I waste my money. This the second time they messed up on my sub. First time I let it pass but not this time. SMH"
"Decided to try this because of a commercial we saw. Passed it by many times before. Walked in to nobody in the place but three employees. They were very friendly and quick to answer her questions seeing as It was our first time. We decided on two sandwiches. The meat and cheese portions were pre-done so I guess you can always expect the same amount each time you order a sandwich. We selected the toppings and want to get bagged up quickly. Each of the two girls that helped us were very friendly. Did find the prices pretty high seeing as 2 “Original” sandwiches without chips or soda were just over $20! Good, but nothing special enough to warrant that price, in our opinion."
