"Out of the last 8 times ordering here, the ingredients in my order have been wrong for 6 of them. It's not just one thing being missing or added, it's been multiple additions or subtractions each time. The customer service chat on the app is always happy to give free entrees in exchange, but I'd rather have my orders be made correctly. Please fix!"
"I have had problems in this place with several employees including the manager who never want to identify themselves and say their name and do not have a name tag on their uniform also the kitchen employee kicked me out of the store one night when I went to eat and he started to Making fun of me and started recording me with his cell phone from the door of the restaurant was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Since that time I have not returned to this restaurant and I discovered Qdoba which is much better and they do not charge me extra for adding guacamole and other ingredients."
"They're definitely not stingy with the food. The atmosphere is awesome. I just don't care for the meat because I prefer ground turkey or beef, which they don't have. My husband liked it a lot. Their tortilla chips omg yummy."
"Ain’t no way I’m trying to place an order and the app isn’t working so then I go online to try to place an order and it’s saying I can only pay I store which is fine but then it wouldn’t let me place it so I’m like okay let me just go to the store and this is what I see, so I call the store a boy picks up and I explain to him I’m trying to place an order online and it isn’t going through he hangs up on my face and I’m just there looking at my phone shook, this is sad and very unprofessional. I will not be ordering from them anymore. And if the manager would like to contact me because of this review be my guess because I wanted to talk to one anyways before I got hung up on."
