"DIRTY. The inside is absolutely foul. The walls are covered in dirt, spots have paint chipping off, stains everywhere. Not to mention behind the counter is FILLED with loose papers and open boxes on the counters and all over the make line. My order was completely wrong and they gave my “pup cup” on a plastic hot drink lid, which is EXTREMELY dangerous. Any dog could EASILY cut their tongue on the edge of those lids. Unsafe. (I did not give my dog that so called “pup cup”) The owner of that location was there when we went in to get a refund and she did not care one bit about our experience or the fact that they literally gave us a hazardous lid of whip cream for our dog. "This Dunkin Donuts is terrible. We’ve gone 4 times now because it’s a convenient location and whenever I’m near it I stupidly think “they probably just had a new person making the coffee last time. They can’t screw up coffee all the time, they’re a coffee shop”. Every single time I go the coffee tastes terrible or the signature drink is made wrong. Every time. I ordered a cold brew once and it was so watered down and just tasted absolutely terrible. One time I got a signature latte that tasted weird and the toppings were completely wrong— don’t they have training? Or even recipe cards with pictures they can follow?? I got a regular coffee today and it had coffee grounds floating in it and sitting at the bottom. Why is this location even open? They can’t even figure out how to make regular coffee."

"I ordered 2 croissant sandwiches and I tell you that both were burnt and hard. At least my order GrubHub and this is the type of service I get, like that’s how I want my food to come to me. SMH!! I will never order online from here ever again."

"This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible. MOST of the staff has an attitude. Ordered a large iced blueberry coffee. Tasted horrible. It literally tastes like regular creamer. Had no flavor what’s so ever. I usually go to a different Dunkin so I know how they taste and look. I took it inside and waited for her to come over to the cash register while she finished her text message. She finally came over, I told her want was wrong with it. She remakes it the EXACT same way. Don’t make people waste their money if you don’t know what you are doing. I wasent even gonna go back inside and waste my time anymore. Do your self a favor, take the extra 7 minuet drive and go to the Dunkin in Racine going towards the highway. Do say I didn’t warn you."
