"I normally don’t leave reviews but this is just unacceptable. My first time ordering jimmy john I order turkey and got ham. Today I order a #4 which comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo I received a turkey sub but just bread and meat. My coworker order a #4 same as I and received bread and turkey. Another coworker order ham sub with everything and got bread a slice a ham and cheese. This is suppose to be a sub restaurant and they cannot make subs at all. Please don’t waste your money find a better location cause this one is a disappointment."
"I ordered delivery for 1 pm. The food wasn't prepared until 1:10 pm and was delivered at 1:50 pm. Not only was it ridiculously late, it took the delivery driver 40 minutes to go 3 miles. When it was finally delivered, my apartment bell was not rung and I did not receive a text nor phone call. Luckily I was refreshing the order webpage. Otherwise I had no way to know they had finally delivered my food. I have had much better experience with other Jimmy John's."
