"Came back here for the holidays. Had a culvers craving..disaster. Burger patties were clearly made earlier today. Cold and dry. Didn't even have to wait for it. It was ready by the time I got to the window which is weird since it takes time to cook and there was only 1 car in front of me and that guy didn't want neither. If I wanted old dry burgers I would of went to Wendy's. Thanks for turning my 2 year craving into a 2 second disappointment."
"I asked for a bacon cheeseburger deluxe and was given a double bacon cheeseburger deluxe. I didn't realize what the order taker did until the food was brought to the table. Be careful here, they push food on you that you didn't ask for."
"Best “fast food” joint in the area! Food is always hot and fresh and the custard is DELICIOUS! Service is always cheerful and makes you feel welcome. I wish they would bring back coupons but the food is well worth the money anyway. Highly recommend!"
"Went through the drive thru. Placing the order was fine, but they didn't take our money right away nor gave us a receipt. I ordered a large shake, but didn't get it. When I asked for a large, they said that is the largest for shakes. (On the bag receipt, it said regular sized shake) So, idk if they ran out or what, but was just put off by the whole experience. Food was okay."
