"I have had at least 4 batteries placed at this location. Always great service. Sent a family member to have a battery replaced in a 2012 Chev Silverado. Pretty straight forward replacement. They wouldn’t replace. Reason? Computer indicates needs professional installation. Called AutoZone, sent family member there, and they replaced quickly, professionally, with no issues! Feels like this Advance Auto location has just decided to not install batteries anymore."

"Went to return an Amazon package yesterday (9/1/23) and all doors were locked even tho sign outside says open and so does online. Came back today and cashier was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Horrible experience."
