"I’ve been having a problem with my car starting, so I decided to call Oriley to see if they test starters and alternates. They do. I arrived and an employee clips my battery, tells me to start my engine which I do. My whole car powered off. He proceeds to tell me my starter failed, but I should “probably call somebody” and they don’t mind if I leave my car overnight. I asked if they could try giving me a jump, looks at me like an idiot and says no it’s my starter that’s a problem. I tried to ask if they have the part, said no, the west side does and then proceeded to tell me “Goodluck” as I was figuring out what to do calling my mom to pick me up so we could get my car towed, the same helpless employee looked out of the window, just staring at me in my car. I understand my car failed, but why did they just leave me on my own to figure things out? Really disappointing.."
