"Terrible!!!!! They have an entrance to the tire center where you drop your car off at their garage. It's now unavailable to customers. They make you walk all the way around to the front entrance and all the way to the back of the store again to the tire center to drop off your keys. I understand liability reasons but it's not an entrance into the work area. It's a walkway to the store where the tire center register is located. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if it wasn't cold and rainy weather. My concern is people who have health issues. My recommendation to anybody dealing with the tire center is to NOT! But if you have to, park your vehicle by the front entrance and make them walk around to grab it. Extremely disappointing Sam's Club. I wonder if Costco treats their customers this poorly?!"
