"Corporate needs a lesson on customer service. I received an email that my order was cancelled with no explanation why. 2 out of 3 items cancelled with no notice or to ask whether i would still want the 3rd item. Im going to be charged taxes, shipping and duties on top of a foreign exchange on 1 item now which isnt worth it in my opinion. When i asked the girl to cancel everything, she hung up on me. With the shift to online shopping, this company will definitely go bankrupt soon. Absolutely no customer service at all. Disgusting. If im able to place items in my part, check out and pay then there is no reasonable explanation why the items should be cancelled."

"I brought my 14 yr old daughter to maurices in Hermantown on Tuesday. She is a heavier girl and most often her shopping experience ends in her being depressed and crying due to not fitting anything. NOT THIS DAY!! The young lady working was sooo kind and helpful. She found not only the clothing style my daughter loves, but she was kind. She made my daughter's day. For the first time in years, my daughter was happy and excited to show off her new clothes! I can't thank maurices enough for having such amazing sales associates! And...she helped me find sales. I left with 200 worth of clothes n only paid 94$$ this made my shopping experience awesome too! Our associate was so nice, with a huge smile and bright personality. She understood how things fit and what brands sizes ran big or small. This made my job as mom soo much easier!"
"Always Always my favorite place!!! With stiles and sizes from 0 to 22 plus you can't go wrong here and fashion from young girls to 90 Plus there IS something for everyone, and the FALL shoes are out ladies!!!!! They do fall so well."
"Went into the store because my sweater had "sprung a leak" and needed immediate replacement. My favorite clerk from the cloquet store was at the Miller Hill Mall store! She helped me find the perfect sweater and I spotted the perfect over sweater right next to it! The cashier was super helpful as well. They both went out of their way to help me. This is why I love Maurice's!"
