"We ordered the Alambre and 3 Amigos Combo #1. We got pork in the taco, chicken in the tamale, and steak in the sope for the combo. Although the food looked and smelled great, it wasn't as flavorful as we anticipated. Although it wasn't terrible, the food was bland and unexciting. We tried to improve the taste by using the hot sauces provided, and while that helped slightly, it still felt like it was missing flavor. The only exception was the pork, which tasted amazing because it was tender and well-seasoned. The server who took our order and gave us the food wasn't very talkative. Although he wasn't impolite, he was relatively standoff-ish and didn't make us feel very welcome. In general, we felt that the experience was average. Unfortunately, the taste didn't match the price of the food, so it wasn't a good value."

"This place wasn't even good, chicken was dry..i asked if there were any veggies in the chicken quesadilla and he said no..i open it up and theres onions. I cant stand onions. What if someone was allergic? They got my order wrong because there was a slight language barrier then blamed me for the order being wrong. I felt that I had to apologize and I asked really nicely about it. Just rude."
"This food truck was good but the meats were a little bland. We had the Carne Asada and the Al Pastor tacos Mexican style both were good over all but were missing the flavor. We would definitely go back to try other food items.."
"Ordered street tacos the first time…. Amazing with the lime and cilantro and fresh ingredients…. Second time I got the poblano burrito with cheese and pork….super awesome! My new favorite food stop! Great job guys! I’m pretty sure we’ll see a whole chain of Gabriel’s pretty soon! Wish I had a more artistic photo of the food ….but alas…it was too delicious to not start eating before I took the pic…lol. Yum…"
