"Ordered $75 worth of food from here to go and went I got to the hotel, the fish sandwich and chicken sandwich were both missing the top bun!!!. I was too far away so I couldn’t go back. I just figured I would write them later and get it fixed. This was about 2 months ago. I originally left this review about a month and a half ago but I deleted it once I contacted Culver’s by email and they said they would send coupons. I thought that was fair so I deleted the review. A month and a half later I did not receive anything in the mail. Really disappointed in their customer service."
