"I had TA’S Hot Comby and my Wife had the Fish fry…. I had Cheese Cake and my Wife had better than Chocolate Cake for desert.. everything was good… but our Waitress stole the show, she was so so nice made our evening. Her name is Emily and employee like this keep customers coming back, thank you,"
"For my first Buck & Honey's experience I find it to be a good overall with just a couple areas that kept it from ascending to the 5 star level for me. In coming here for lunch I grabbed the fish tacos and the tacos themselves were very good. The sauce that is put on the tacos themselves is nicely balanced and the fish was cooked well. The only issue that I had with the tacos was the amount of oil that started coming out immediately after tipping them to start eating them. I tried the other taco and found it did the same. The flavor was certainly good and without the extra oil I think they would have been even better. The other part was the green beans that I got on the side, two of the beans I didn't realize still had the stem on them so that was an unpleasant surprise. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and the fact that you can sit outside would be nice when the weather cooperates. The service was also good while here and lunch came out quick so that was great too. The restaurant is a big one too so even if the parking lot seems full I think you'll find it does have space especially as mentioned in nice weather when outside seating is open too. I would return to Buck & Honey's again for sure & I recommend it if you are in the area."
"Bri was our server and she was great! My friends were a bit late and she didn’t make it weird that I was by myself for a while. I asked for a cocktail with vodka instead of tequila and she made a great suggestion for a drink that wasn’t on the menu. It was delicious. Also the cheese curds were really good too. Had a great time! Bri was awesome!"
"I asked for an odd drink on purpose, one easily made terribly. The very fun bartender knocked the cocktail out of the park. Even the scallops we ordered for dinner were perfect."
"First night of Madison Restaurant Week. We enjoyed Firecracker Shrimp, Bourbon Mahi and Shrimp, Bourbon Old Fashioned Cheesecake. Every bite was wonderful. Brie gave us great service."
