Starbucks

"Inattentive workers that took over 15 minutes to pour a latte that ended sitting on the espresso machine before we had to ask for it. When we asked about it, the worker said oh it’s sitting right here before she capped it and put in on the pick up bar. The workers kept on doing other side duties instead of making drinks."

"Every time I order from this location through UBER Eats, the quality of the items is poor. Today, I ordered a hot blond vanilla latte (no vanilla). I ordered a cheese and fruit plate; apples were brown and brie cheese was old and did not taste right. I ordered an Impossible Breakfast sandwich and it was not fully cooked. To be clear, none of the issues were caused by Uber Eats and I only experience issues when I order from the Starbucks Monona WI, location. Of course I called Starbucks and I was told there was nothing Starbucks could do, that I needed to contact Uber Eats support, who of course requested pictures. This is unacceptable, as the poor quality HAS nothing to do with Uber Eats."

"Thank you to Baristas Jen and Sam for making my birthday memorable! All of the drinks I ordered said “Happy Birthday” and I was given a complimentary Starbucks cup! This is the first one I’ve ever owned and I can’t wait to start using it! Great customer service!"

"I stood there waiting for almost 5 minutes while employees were standing around, changing garbages, and doing other things. A nice older guy came and took my order eventually. They were out of blueberry muffins, which was disappointing as I get one every morning with my coffee from another location. I ended up getting a scone instead, and it was very crumbly and didn’t taste fresh at all. I also ordered my usual pumpkin spice latte, and it tasted hardly sweet at all and wasn’t very warm. The store was very messy and didn’t have a welcoming feeling at all. Not the best experience."

"Very clean and exceptional staff! They were speedy & friendly (and might I add a bit funny too!) Out of all the starbucks locations I've been too, I may even dare to say this was the most well run. Both of the sides of this location were clean, and despite being short staffed, they still kept great customer service!"
