"Disappointed to have paid extra for a side of mac that was less than half full, looked like it had been sitting out for a while, and had a large hair in it. The picture I included was of the cup immediately after taking the lid off—I hadn’t moved anything. UPDATE: they had me reach out to the store manager, who eventually stopped responding after offering me a $5 refund that I never received."

"Started out as dine in but after waiting 20+ minutes we had to make it carry out. Then the subs were the most disappointing cheese steaks I have ever had. Tried to contact the email I saw posted on other people's reviews before posting myself. Email address not valid"

"Mixed experience. Ordered 2 sandwiches with a coupon. Got home and the BLT had no tomato on it. Took a pic. Ate it anyway but stopped back there and reported the problem. The manager was nice enough to offer me a free sandwich. So they made a mistake, but made up for it. Credit for that."

"My experience there was okay. I would say it was no fault of the employee's working, they were doing an excellent job in spite of being short staffed. With this in mind, I ordered the Gyro sub and found the tzatziki sauce to be lacking in flavor. I'd still rather go here than Subway though."

"Absolute horrible customer service. My wife and I ordered lunch twice this week from this establishment. The first time the food was decent. Wasn't anything special but did have to wait a long time for our subs even though there were only a few others there. Later that week we decided to get lunch from there again since we live right down the road but ordered online to try and speed things up. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes, but when we got there, my wife had to wait for another 10. When she got home we discovered that both were made incorrect. Frustrated already, I head back to the store to get the correct subs. That is when I was told by the very arrogant, unhelpful, dead in the eyes employee that I would have to talk with corporate to get the correct order. It was clear that the employee hates his life while working there, and the only other employee working was more focused on opening 20+ bags and not making subs. I do not blame your employee for not being helpful. That is on you as a franchise and company to make sure your employees are happy and helpful."
