"I really wanted to give them a zero. However, Google doesn't allow that. With 2 costumers in the restaurant they said that we had to sit in the bar area with an 18 month old. This was after they didn't start us when we came in. After our last experience (which was bad service) we ran for the hills. And decided to have good food instead."
"We, 2 adults, 3 young men, walked into the restaurant, and waited to be seated. No hostess at the station, so we sat and waited. Multiple staff looked at us, waitresses, bar staff, and the person manning the takeout area. Sat for 5-10 minutes. No acknowledgement from anyone. Got up, left, and enjoyed a great dinning experience with excellent service at Red Robin just across the parking lot. Really explains why your restaurant was empty."
"Waited for 10 minutes. There were at least 3 waiters that saw us standing there. Could have just acknowledged our presence, and we probably would have waited. Was 12:30 on a Saturday. There were no local games playing. Was not busy at all. Bathrooms were filthy. This place used to be great."
"**update, the response from Owner states to click a link that doesn’t exist!!! Got an email stating they will give me 1250 rewards point to make it right!!! What a joke you gave me rotten food….here…here is a reward that won’t even get you six wings!!!**** Placed a to go order. Picked it up. Got back to work ate one wing, then grabbed the celery that was with the order. Pulled it out and it was rotten!!!"
"I had ordered 30 traditional wings. 15 were mild and 15 teriyaki. All the milds were flat no drummies and without me having ordered them this way. I was supposed to pick up at 6:30 at 6:40 they were still not ready. Left at almost 7 from there. Will need to rethink ordering online and from this location. Btw it was not busy,.Check your order before you leave to ensure you have the correct items."
