"The manager needs to have a talk to with whomever makes the sandwiches/burgers...EVERY time I come here my sandwich is drenched in ketchup to the point it's oozing out of the burger and I can even pick it up without getting ketchup on my hands. Most of the time no one bothers to put napkins in the bag to clean it off. I guess I didn't think making a presentable burger at a burger place was so difficult? I'd say about 75% of the time I've come here the person serving me is friendly, so that's a plus. I'd say about 20% of the time my order has been wrong...which is actually also a positive...my food is just really messy and it shouldn't be."
"This location is usually a letdown, and it’s incredibly inconsistent in quality. The other day my partner and I ordered a grimace meal and some Mcnuggets to go, and our fries and nuggets were both dismal at best. Discolored, cold, dry. We called them several times and they did not answer their phones once."
