"I've been to this location multiple times since it opened, mostly dine-in and occasionally drive-thru. My order has never been screwed up, and food is almost always good. However, one time, the chili on my chili dog tasted nearly burned like it had been reheated and sat in the warmer too many days. I haven't ordered a chili dog since, so I don't know if this is common. What is common is the lack of cleanliness. The floor has been sticky on every visit. The tables are often dirty. The sink in the womens room is starting to fall off the wall. The hand sanitizer often isn't working. If it was one visit, I'd chalk it up to a rough day, but it's been every visit over the course of at least a year. Please do better. I don't think I'll be coming here anymore until the conditions improve."

"I've sent an email today via this location's website about issues with this location. I became ill 20 minutes after eating chicken strips and onion rings. I should have passed when I saw how unkempt the tables were or when I saw 4 flies buzzing around the register. Others have mentioned in other reviews about "old (cooking) oil". Perhaps that is what happened in my case. Either way, ownership needs to get a handle on cleanliness and, perhaps, food safety."

"It was a hot day never been to this location always went to Burlington but figured burgers an ice cream let's try Waterford for the first time with wife and daughter. Walked In and windows were dirty floor was sticky and smelt like old oil smell when you walked in. We were standing there waiting to get our order in but there were teens in the back by drive through window and one particular dropping f bombs.. A girl came to take our order which she was nice and polite. She brought our food to us but the fries were at best nuke warm not hot. The tenders were nuke warm not hot. The burgers were very good. We also noticed alot of benches had crumbs and finger oil smears. Also the picture frame right in front of the door at bench table had oiled finger markings everywhere. The women's restroom was dirty as well.. Not sure who is running this place but management needs to step up their game. This all comes down on management. If a customer can come in and see this why isn't management?"

"Walked in her to get dilly bars Noticed All the windows and everything was smudged up. The place is dirty. I understand the high school kids worked here but this place looks really dirty clean it up please Teach these kids how to do the job correctly or fire them and pay someone a little more!!"
