"I just ordered over the phone and got the food and took It home. Me and my mom were about to eat and she said the sweet and sour chicken looked raw. So I went back to Chopsticks and the worker came up to me and I explained to them the food was raw he touched my food with his finger and would not remake it for me I spent 12 dollars for it!!! I got back home and the rice smelled like old water! Never had this problem from them! We always loved eating there food. Unfortunately they lost a customer. I think they got new staff. Very disappointing."
"Oh my goodness we ordered takeout on November 20 2023 in the evening and I've got to say it was the worst Chinese food I've ever had and I eat virtually anything but this is the first time in my 65 year life that I've even thought this of any restaurant ever. This was outstanding in the terms of bland-ness and how can you mess up lo mein noodles I love noodles and I could not finish it man just don't go here."
"Very busy place on Wednesday. We ended up waiting longer than the time quoted, but there were a lot of people coming in and calling for orders. The family each ordered something different for us to try each dish. Everything was good, not spicy. Will buy again."
"My husband and I have always loved Chopsticks! The best Chinese ever, never greasy as some places are. However ordered this week our usual dinner and the containers shrunk in size, less main ingredients and prices are higher. Usually we have enough for leftovers for lunch, but now with smaller containers, no more leftovers. Disappointed and hopefully bring back the original containers that they had for many years. Also less shrimp in my husbands and my mixed vegetables had like 4 tiny pieces of broccoli for vegetables. I don’t mind the price increase, but shrinking the meal and ingredient size is a double profit to Chopsticks. Disappointed. Picture shows the original container vs now the new containers."
